Become a Volunteer

Governance Link Initiative is hosted by the Centre for Community Empowerment and Development, CECAD. Volunteers are the backbone of CECAD and Governance Link Initiative. Volunteers play an integral role in advancing our mission, ‘to help make Malawi a better place to live.’ Many of our volunteer roles could be performed from anywhere across Malawi, and from around the world. However, there are some roles that are only available at our main office in Lilongwe.

Are you interested to join Governance Link Initiative Team as a volunteer? We could use a hand, please fill the application form below and submit online, by mail or visit us in person.

Ways to Volunteer

Our office is located in Lilongwe, Malawi. Check-in with us if we could use a hand.

Governance Link Initiative has a number of projects that may create volunteer opportunities for those interested and meet the requirements. Send us an application and/or an inquiry and one of us will get back to you.

There will always be events to be organized and this also creates volunteer opportunities. Contact us for details.

This is one of the most important roles that volunteers will play. Let others know about Governance Link Initiative and how they could use the tools and resources we are providing to make a difference in their own lives and that of their communities.  Contact us for details.
